Mellina Boubetra (France)
Three danseuses strike up a conversation, with the body as sole medium to read the other. With an electronic score in constant progression, the dialogue takes shape and comes apart, its echoes resounding with greater clarity. As identities are revealed and established through this exchange, the gaze on oneself changes, with growing introspection.

Born in 1994 in Colombes, Mellina Boubetra began dance at the MJC (community arts centre) of her neighbourhood, where she discovered hip-hop and performance at a very young age. This did not prevent her from pursuing her studies in biology, while also participating in battles. Since 2015, she has been tracing her path as an art-maker, gradually creating more and more pieces of her own. She lives and works in Paris.
